How It Works

Our dealers function as sales representatives who receives monthly commission and sales profit. We automatically mark-up your earnings from the online sales on your website, and commissions will be paid straightly to your PayPal account on every 1st date of the following month. PayPal registration is free (verification is refundable), and all you need is an email address with a valid bank account in order to withdraw the payments.

As a 3PL provider for imported products & technical services, we look forward to build new partnerships with the local VARs, online vendors, retailers, as well as SMEs and other organizations to explore the extensive range of opportunities together.

Dealership Requirements

In order to be considered as a potential dealer, a retail candidate must be able to establish a 3-years contract with us by meeting the minimum eligibility requirements set forth by Alpha Distribution & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. If such criteria meets our requirement, the potential dealer's information as submitted on the Dealership Application Form will be assigned for a contract of 3-years under a binding agreement. (Please refer the Application Form for more information on the dealership requirement.)

International Dealership
We are in the process of conducting market research throughout Asian countries for several months to determine the need for new dealership placements, therefore applications from outside Malaysia (except Brunei) is temporarily closed. Once a decision has been made, we will look into the internal prospects to begin the process of engaging potential international dealers. The initial budget requirements for new dealership application may vary depending on the market size, location and delivery capacity.


For Dealers in Brunei, kindly provide us a copy of your Code Council (UCC/GS1) identifying your company’s barcode labeling (mail us your sample copy). Approval status will be notified within 72 hours and if disapproved, we will outline why it’s being rejected so you can resubmit the application. Financial Requirements

Please take note, although a potential dealer could meet the minimum requirements set forth by Alpha Distribution & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd., this does not imply that the potential dealer would be able to meet the minimum purchase requirements by our suppliers. The initial budget of procurements for certain products could be substantially higher. Only those potential dealers who meet our financial requirements of a specific budget will be contacted to discuss further.

Dealership Transfer
If a potential dealer matches the criteria required for the purchase of an existing membership from other dealer, the potential dealer will be contacted to discuss further. The minimum budget requirements would depend upon the asking price set forth by our existing suppliers. Additionally, Alpha Distribution & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. has set a procurement guideline to match our liability criteria that will have an impact on the final cost.
